This equipment is used to detect the end tidal carbon dioxide parameters in multi parameter monitors, ventilators, anesthesia machines and other equipment. It mainly detects the accuracy of the respiratory rate. With different concentrations of carbon dioxide standard gas, it can also detect the accuracy of the carbon dioxide concentration of the tested equipment. This device can detect both side stream sampling type of carbon dioxide monitor and mainstream sampling type of carbon dioxide monitor. The equipment is easy to operate, small in size, easy to carry out detection work. The equipment is developed in accordance with the requirements of JJG 1163-2019 verification regulation for multi parameter monitor, which fully meets the requirements of the verification regulation for measuring instruments.
Technical parameters of equipment:
1. Respiratory rate setting range: 3rpm-120rpm
2. Respiratory rate output accuracy: ± 0.5%
3. Input concentration of carbon dioxide standard gas: the conventional configuration is 5% volume percentage (standard gas is CO2 gas, balance gas is nitrogen, 8L aluminum bottle, equipped with two-stage pressure reducing valve / double pressure gauge), which can also be customized by users.
4. Accuracy of carbon dioxide standard gas concentration: 1%.
5. The standard air inlet hose has an outer diameter of 6 mm and an inner diameter of 4 mm, the connection is a pneumatic quick plug connector, and the thread diameter is 4-m5 / pc6-01.
6. The standard gas outlet of respiratory rhythm is pagoda nozzle, with outer diameter of 15mm and inner diameter of 10mm.
7. The range of the high pressure gauge of the secondary pressure reducing valve is 25MPa, and the range of the low pressure gauge is 1.6Mpa. The outlet pressure of the standard gas is controlled by the operator, usually 0.15-0.2mpa. The outlet of the pressure reducing valve is connected with the pneumatic quick plug connector, and the thread diameter is 4-m5 / pc6-01.
Machine configuration:
One host, one power adapter, one tee pipe, one mainstream gas line adapter, one standard gas connecting pipe, one Ruhr male sampling pipe at both ends, one certificate, and one host calibration certificate issued by the legal metrology institution.
Standard gas configuration:
One 8L aluminum bottle of CO2 standard gas with concentration of 5% and concentration accuracy of 1%, and one certified reference material issued by China Academy of metrology. One secondary pressure reducing valve.
